The firm’s investment team combines experience of launching new businesses, closing complex transactions, operational and financial restructurings and turnarounds. Private Equity
M1 Private Equity specializes in control and/or influence investments in distressed and undervalued situations globally. It is actively seeking investment opportunities in businesses which require restructuring, both financially and operationally. While the main focus of the fund remains with a strong turnaround component, we do consider stable businesses with strong market positions and growth potential. Typically, the fund will invest in businesses with turnover of up to $100 million, requiring investment of up to $15-20 million.

Venture Investments
M1 Venture Investments specializes in growth stage investments in companies which have typically launched products that have gained market traction, are generating growing revenues and sometimes profits, and have defined business models. While the main focus of the fund is on the growth stage investments, we do consider opportunities for seed funding of promising business ideas and startup teams. In such cases the bias is toward investing in companies with relatively low capital requirements and short time to revenue. Typically, the fund will invest up to $1 million per deal for a startup, and up to $5 million in a growth stage deal.

The firm’s investment team combines experience of launching new businesses, closing complex transactions, operational and financial restructurings and turnarounds with a successful track record of over $1 billion invested globally over the period of the last 10 years.
